When you apply for a vacancy, contact one of our recruiters or register on our recruitment website, we process your personal data for the purpose of recruitment. We register your personal data in our recruitment database, where we use your information to communicate with you and for general recruitment database management. For example, we may inform you about new vacancies or invite you for recruitment activities. We only use your data for the purposes for which it was collected and, where relevant, to meet local legal obligations.

We do not share your personal data outside the ParkNow group, except with third party suppliers we use for recruitment purposes, e.g. third party recruitment agencies or companies who provides a background check (if applicable).
How is your personal data protected and where is it stored?
Our recruitment database provider is located in the United States of America, which is also where your data is hosted. This third party provider has ensured an adequate level of protection for your information and put appropriate safeguards in place to protect your data and rights in accordance with European Union privacy legislation (GDPR). Within the ParkNow Group, your information is only shared on a need-to-know basis.
Accessing and managing your personal data
